We keep returning to this family owned automotive shop. In fact, it has been over seven years since we first started bringing our vehicles here. It is the honest "No, you don't really need that done" or the "you have choices, what would you like to do" responses that make me feel that there is no pressure when needing to make a decision on how to repair my car.
