I recently had to bring in my daughter's 2008 Ford Escape for an oil change and tire rotation. We recently purchased the vehicle and it was also running a little rough. We thought it needed a tune up. Jeff, Jack and Greg took a look and it was the motor mounts. After installation, Jack and Jeff drove in it with Jeff in the way back in the cargo to make sure ALL rattles were gone. Their repair was has the vehicle running excellent and no rattles. Jack and Jeff and Greg also came out to review the repairs with my wife and daughter to make sure they answered any questions. We feel we get dealer level service at a better value with small town service and relationship with Sunset Auto. - Brad T.
