I took my car in thinking that we needed a service done. Instead of performing the requested service, Jack let me know that I in fact did not need the service. It would have been $800 and I was expecting to pay that, instead I got a call from Jack saying that if it was his car he would not get it done. I recently had my 1997 Ford F-150 in for service. My emissions were due and my check engine light was on. I feared a big repair or worse yet, I would have to get rid of my beloved truck. Jack and Jeff called me and provided all the options and they came up with a very reasonable solution and the cost was $500. It was the best $500 I spent all year. Truck runs great.
